1. Eligibility for Exchanges / Replacements
We accept exchanges / replacements under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products:
- If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, you may request an exhange / replacement.
- Incorrect Items:
- If you receive an incorrect item due to an error in our processing, it is eligible for an exhange / replacement.
- Customized Products:
- Customized items are non-exchangeable / non-replaceable unless they are defective, damaged, or not as per the approved sample.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a exhange / replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or POD – proof of delivery) must be provided.
- The exhange / replacement request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us:
- Email us at Eshop@unibag.me or call +961 81 999 785. Please provide us with your order details (Shipment Airway Bill number – order number – box label info) and reason for the exchange / replacement. You can add photos of the defected item and box label.
- Approval:
- Once your exchange/ replacement request is approved, our courier will contact you and arrange the exchange time
- Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for exchange/ replacement shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
- Inspection:
- Upon retrieval of exchanged items, the product will be inspected before collection from client location to ensure it meets the exchange conditions and will be replaced within the same shipment.
- Cost:
- Exchanged/replaced items should be of the same price as the original purchased items. Monetary refunds are not applicable.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange/ replacement:
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Customized products (unless defective or incorrect).
- Items returned after the 5 days exchange window.
